Production Control and S.P.C. (Statistical Process Control)

The system allows to connect all the automatic or semiautomatic production machine and manual assemblage benches with the computer network to link the production with the operational programs. Currently such connection is realized through manual and irregular updatings preventing the Company to check in real and precise time.

Simple installation: On each production machine there is a terminal. All data are stored in the terminal and sent to the Personal Computer located in the office.

Production Control on CNC machines

We connect production plant with CNC machines from every kind, to permit at the plant manager to check in real time the production and to have a report for each production with total work time, time and kind of fault
To perform this control we connect a terminal CN01 on each CNC machine to interface the CNC machine in easy way.
