Performance
Check the situation of the production machines in real time, you can tell if the machine is in production , stand-by or in fault. This information appears on the PC monitor when the plant has many machines the manager can check immediately on the production situation.
Obtain production data on each machine as ID (part number), Lot of production, pieces to be produced, and total finished product.
Obtain data and time of beginning production, data and time of end of production, how often the machine is running product, how often the machine is in the fault mode. . (this allows to check how efficiently you are running the equipment)
Send S.M.S or E-MAIL to a remote plant about the situation in real time, or about fault on machine that running without operator
Statistic Process Control (S.P.C.) on the machine to check the quality of the production. The data about measurement made are sent and stored on the Personal Computer

Software available
The system allows the transfer the data taken from the production floor to the PC network in the plant. All the data are in ASCII format it is very simple to interface this data with the program used. We have developed special software to analyize this data:

Example of connection:
This is a typical example of layout that connects each production machine to a Personal Computer. The connections from the terminals to the PC are made with fibre optics for a safe connection.

MS01: To our Terminal is possible to connect Gauge of our production or from another firm. With our Terminal it is possible to connect our special gauges or that of your choice We have developed a new Gauge to measure springs with max length 300 mm. This Gauge includes a display to show the measure and can send data on a serial port. Any measuring device with a standard RS 232 port can be adapted, to our terminal be it a spring tester, digital spring length gauge, (Panther Ace High, Merlin Etc.)Or any other type of testing device that is required for your specific production. |
