  • Characteristic

    • Our target is to connect the PC factory network with the factories production, to exchange data and information in automatic mode at present time reporting from the factory, with only manual operation being delayed.

    • Simple installation: On each production machine there is a terminal. All data is stored in the terminal and sent to the Personal Computer located in the office.

    • Hardware and Software of the system are of our design and manufacture, this permits adaptation and modification to fit the proper needs of the client.

    • Machinery without serial interface can to be connect to the terminal with electrical wires on the machines electrical cabinet.

    • The terminal connection includes measuring Instruments like Callipers, Micrometers or specific Gauges to check the quality of the production.

    The terminals of the TD series feature a display and keyboard this permits the operator to insert data like, ID (part number), and Production lot. From PC in the office you send data for each job including characteristics and tolerances necessary for complete SPC! From the production machinery comes the signal that the terminal translates into: number of finished product, and equipment status: Stand by, production or fault.

    Performance

  • Check the situation of the production machines in real time, you can tell if the machine is in production , stand-by or in fault. This information appears on the PC monitor when the plant has many machines the manager can check immediately on the production situation.

  • Obtain production data on each machine as ID (part number), Lot of production, pieces to be produced, and total finished product.

  • Obtain data and time of beginning production, data and time of end of production, how often the machine is running product, how often the machine is in the fault mode. . (this allows to check how efficiently you are running the equipment)

  • Send S.M.S or E-MAIL to a remote plant about the situation in real time, or about fault on machine that running without operator

  • Statistic Process Control (S.P.C.) on the machine to check the quality of the production. The data about measurement made are sent and stored on the Personal Computer

    Software available

    The system allows the transfer the data taken from the production floor to the PC network in the plant. All the data are in ASCII format it is very simple to interface this data with the program used. We have developed special software to analyize this data:

  • SF11: Loaded on each machine: This Software permit in real time to check the delivery data on each ID (part number) that must to be produced on the equipment analysed.

  • SF21: Shows the S.P.C. display on the PC monitor in an X-R chart, it also automatically creates a histogram from each measurement taken by the operator

  • SF01: Software to check in real time the status of each machine connected (machine on, off, stand-by, production, fault)

    Example of connection:

    This is a typical example of layout that connects each production machine to a Personal Computer. The connections from the terminals to the PC are made with fibre optics for a safe connection.

    With our terminals it is possible to connect an Optical Pen to scan Bar Codes.

    Gauge

  • MS01: To our Terminal is possible to connect Gauge of our production or from another firm.

    With our Terminal it is possible to connect our special gauges or that of your choice We have developed a new Gauge to measure springs with max length 300 mm. This Gauge includes a display to show the measure and can send data on a serial port. Any measuring device with a standard RS 232 port can be adapted, to our terminal be it a spring tester, digital spring length gauge, (Panther Ace High, Merlin Etc.)Or any other type of testing device that is required for your specific production.
